m The King James Bible is the perfect Word of God in the English language. m The Scriptures must be rightly divided (ethnically and dispensationally) and illuminated by the Holy Ghost to be correctly understood. m There is a Tri-unity of God being God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost known as the Trinity. m Man was originally created in the image of God and our total purpose of existence is for God’s pleasure. m All have sinned and come short of the glory of God. m Anyone can be saved by the grace of God in believing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. m The Christian life is lived by the power of the Holy Ghost as the Christian yields himself to walk in the Spirit. m God’s work of evangelism and edification is to be done through the agency of the local church. m The local church should be independent of any outside political or religious body and led by the pastor as directed by Holy Ghost. m The church body (universal church) is made up of all true believers world wide. m Jesus Christ is coming back for the church before Daniel’s 70th Week begins (Pre-tribulation rapture). m Where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty to worship and work for God. |

V Grace Baptist seeks to meet the spiritual needs of the people of Shelton by emphasizing the grace of God. Grace can be explained by the acronym Gods Riches At Christ’s Expense: G-R-A-C-E. V Grace Baptist Church is a church that preaches and teaches from the King James Bible and we like Old time preaching, old time praying and old time praising the Lord. V We love singing at Grace Baptist. Even though we sing traditional Hymns from our song books, we love special music that praises God. V We love seeing people get saved at GBC; when someone establishes a relationship with the King of the Universe, we rejoice. V We love children at GBC and want to teach them the basics of the Bible through visual and participation methods. Kids need to start their lives right with a relationship with God. V GBC is a family oriented fellowship and every member is a part of our GBC family. We hope that you will take the time to “check us out.” We welcome you into our group.
